Copyright and Licensing Policy

The Journal of Property, Urban, and Regional Economics (JPURE) supports open-access scholarly publishing and the broad dissemination of academic knowledge. All articles published in JPURE are made available to readers without access barriers.

Copyright

Authors who publish with JPURE retain the copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing an article in JPURE, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and allow the journal to distribute, archive, index, and make the article publicly available through the journal website and other scholarly indexing or archiving platforms.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript is original and does not infringe any copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.

If the manuscript contains tables, figures, maps, images, instruments, datasets, long quotations, or other materials owned by third parties, authors must obtain permission where required and provide proper acknowledgement.

Licensing

Articles published in JPURE are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

Under this license, users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, share, adapt, and reuse the published articles for any lawful purpose, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s), the article title, journal name, citation details, and license.

The CC BY 4.0 license allows wider academic and public use of published works while ensuring that authors receive appropriate attribution for their scholarly contribution.

Author Rights

Authors may reuse, distribute, and share their published articles for academic, educational, professional, institutional, or non-commercial purposes. Authors may also deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic networks, or other scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in JPURE is properly cited.

User Responsibilities

Users of published articles must provide proper attribution when using, sharing, adapting, or reproducing content from JPURE. Proper attribution should include the author name(s), article title, journal title, publication year, volume, issue, page or article number where available, DOI or URL where available, and a reference to the applicable license.

Publisher Rights

Yayasan Riset Properti, Ekonomi, dan Kemanusiaan, as the publisher of JPURE, has the right to publish, preserve, disseminate, index, and promote articles published in the journal. The publisher also supports the long-term accessibility and integrity of the published scholarly record.
