Publication Frequency

The Journal of Property, Urban, and Regional Economics (JPURE) is published four times a year.

JPURE follows a quarterly publication schedule, with issues released in:

  • March

  • June

  • September

  • December

Each issue publishes peer-reviewed articles within the journal’s scope, including property economics, urban economics, regional development, public finance, land and property valuation, spatial governance, infrastructure financing, and public asset management.

The editorial team may publish articles according to the journal’s production schedule after the completion of peer review, revision, copyediting, and final editorial approval.
