Publication Fee

At present, the Journal of Property, Urban, and Regional Economics (JPURE) does not charge any publication fee. Authors are not required to pay an article processing charge, submission fee, review fee, publication fee, or any other administrative fee for manuscripts submitted to and published in JPURE.

This policy is adopted to support open and inclusive scholarly communication, particularly for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students who wish to disseminate research in the fields of property economics, urban economics, regional development, public finance, land and property valuation, spatial governance, and public asset management.

All accepted articles are published free of charge and made openly accessible to readers. JPURE is committed to promoting wider knowledge dissemination without financial barriers for authors or readers.

The journal reserves the right to revise this publication fee policy in the future. Any change in the policy will be clearly announced on the official journal website.
