Journal of Public Finance, Urban, and Regional Economics (JPURE) is a peer-reviewed open access scholarly journal published quaterly by CIPHER Foundation. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, lecturers, policymakers, practitioners, and public-sector professionals to disseminate high-quality research on public finance, fiscal policy, urban economics, regional economics, spatial development, local government finance, public investment, infrastructure financing, property taxation, land value capture, and public asset governance.
JPURE is established to strengthen interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of public finance, urban studies, regional economics, spatial governance, and sustainable development. The journal welcomes conceptual, empirical, methodological, and policy-oriented manuscripts that examine how fiscal instruments, public expenditure, local revenue, infrastructure investment, urbanization, regional policy, land and property systems, and governance arrangements shape economic growth, social welfare, spatial equity, institutional quality, and inclusive development.

JPURE provides immediate open access to its published content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater exchange of knowledge, evidence, and policy learning.
